I see what you mean. Yes, you can code that on the Q5 platform, but on my 2018 SQ5 it didn't work fully. The G-meter did not work, the lap timer did work. Maybe the newer MMI update fixes that as well, but I'm not sure.

He has already coded the MMI to show (RS) Sport view, but the G force sensor display isn't active, and is trying to determine whether there is additional coding required to enable this. On B9/FY series the G force sensor has a physical connection to the central chassis control unit but have no idea whether MMI coding can actually obtain the data. I doubt it.
But if he can't spend 20 seconds using Google translate to put his posts in (a sort of) English, in an English language forum, then it's hard to take him seriously. Although choosing gasoline as a user name was quite funny given his car is clearly a diesel.

The g-force never worked for me when I coded it, so I don't think it is supported on the B9 platform.
