AOA needs to look at the dealer records to determine how many days it has been out of service and they type of service done after that they have doughnuts and coffee for a bit before getting back to you.. I think from initiating to my check was two months.

Weebl seems to have the right of it. I got a call late last week letting me know my case was up for consideration some time this week.

Unless they disapprove of it, do not go to BBB or anything else. Audi will drop the case like a hot potato and wish you luck. Not a fact but what BMW did to someone.

Just got the call that the arbitration team is going to reach out to me in the next 7-10 days. I think that's a good sign.

They will either buy it or give a one time goodwill offer. Depends on if its fixed and severity

Just got the call! They are going to swap out for a new one. Such great news. Thank you Audi of America. See you for my 2022 VW ID.buzz!

Congrats! So glad to hear they took care of you. It's good to know Audi will stand behind their cars and do the right thing.

Nice.
So any payments from Jan on should be returned to you also. Since that's when it all started.

Wow congratulations! That's great news! This is exactly what my car just went through when I started it up last Wednesday: "I started my SQ5 at the end of January and almost every warning I can imagine came on, I could barely accelerate and the steering felt like it wasn’t even power assisted."

I am curious if Audi is giving a loaner while these problems are being worked out. Or is this a dealer by dealer thing.
