Unable to use Car Finder in Connect CARE

Unable to use Car Finder in Connect CARE
Audi moved some of the myAudi app features you formerly had to pay for (Prime) to the free tier (Care), for example: Car Finder, Lock/Unlock, etc.
I didn't renew my trial version of Connect Prime and Connect Plus for my Q5 2018. I'm trying to use some of the 'free features' and I can't make it to work:
1. Car Finder: I can't figure out where in the app is this feature
2. Remote lock/unlock: This feature is disabled, can figure out how to enable this
3. Vehicle Status Reports: All are disabled
Am I missing something?

Have you set up the ‘key user’?
From what you’re saying, sounds like ‘prime’ is the same as ‘connect’ over here in the UK. ‘Apparently’ Audi have now way of monitoring who has paid for the service or not, so if you call Audi Customer Service and tell them your ‘prime’ has expired - don’t mention it was a free trial- and they will reinstate it FOC! As I say ‘apparently’ not tried myself.
As for ‘basic’ services, the ‘key user’ is what you need to set up and sync with your app.
Just done it on our A1 after sw reload at dealer (don’t ask!!) also on our 2018 SQ5 but that has our version of ‘prime’.
