There isn't a single resource. Try the A6/A4/Q7/Q5 forums. The coding is similar across models. A generic internet search will also get some results.

To close the loop on this, here are some links I found applicable for the 2019 SQ5/Q5 (B9) and Q7 (4M) that might help. I've done a few successfully via VCDS (although I had to upgrade my old HEX-CAN dongle to the newest HEX-NET dongle to talk with the MLBevo platform of the SQ5):

I eventually gave up on my old VCDS and got an OBD11. It works for everything I needed witout any hassels: traffic swap, auto stop/start off, gear in DIS and seat belt warning off. Does some other things too if you search.

Yeah, I considered the OBD11 too, but RossTech has an exchange program for upgrading an old dongle to the new one.

right. for $150 you get the new cable AND nothing to do with it! heh.

get both. Obd11 pretty inexpensive.
