When is a good time to buy?

I'm looking into getting Monsoon Gray metallic colored Prestige with Driver Assistance Package.
I know there's a 3-4 wait, but should I wait longer to get a better deal?
If I wait too long, will I not be able to customize the options?
Pro/Cons?

I would buy now. Since you want a prestige you will probably have to order one; especially since you want DAP. You should still be able to get a discount of around 6% off MSRP.
