Default 2007 4.2 off throttle noise

I'm hoping you guys can help me diagnose the new noise my Q7 is making

It mostly happens when I let off the gas, it does happen intermittently other times but not very often.
It sounds like it is coming from the front driver corner of the car and the only way to describe it would be a fast vibration almost like when you run over a rumble strip on the freeway but not that intense.
Yesterday I let off the gas while going down a pretty steep hill and it got pretty loud, I tried shifting the car into neutral while it was happening and it went away. Then I put it back into gear and it came back.

Tonight I plan on putting the car on some stands and seeing if I can tell where its coming from, but if anyone has any ideas that could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.

Sounds exactly like what happens in my A3 after installing stiffer aftermarket engine mounts. Maybe it's your engine mounts.
