Default 2009 Q7 leaking water from Hurricane Harvey. MMI broke. Help!

So wifey and I bought a used 2009 Q7 the weekend before Harvey hit Texas (we are in Houston). In fear of flood we parked the Q7 at my daughter's apartment garage building on the fifth floor. Unfortunately it is not covered parking. After the hurricane, we picked up the car and notice the passenger floor board is wet and the trunk has about 2 gallons a water. The MMI doesn't work anymore. The MMI screen came up and went black right away. No radio, no MMI display.

In researching the net. I found the following and have these questions:

There are four drain hoses at four corners of the car where the leak is occurring.

I don't have diagrams or instructions to remove the panels and trims to get to the drains hoses for fix them (There is one so so video on youtube). Can anyone help me if you have a manual where you can send me a few pages on removing these panels/trims?

I don't know which part cause the MMI to stop working and is it fixable. I don't think we can afford to fix it at the dealer at this time.

Help!!! I plan on tackle this after posting this today.

PS: This is the third car in the family that was floor/wet from rain storm/hurricane here in Houston. I was able to remove and dry the other two cars. I hope I can fix this one with your help.

It likely fried the subwoofer/amp in the spare tire well.. Do you have a Bose audio system? Think you might need optical loop cable then you can unplug the sub fromt he system and see if it responds better.

My problem right now is that I don't even know how to remove the panels correctly and in the right order without risk breaking the tabs/posts. I saw a youtube video where a gentleman put in the optical loop back plug so if I can get there there I can do it.

I think most of optical components are on the right side in the rear. I did remove the satellite cables to connect my navigation.
