Having an issue were the tailgate will unlock but not raise. Shop said the diagnostic retuned an error reading module J605. From what I have found online it seems that if J605 was bad it would return 'Defective'

Also found some threads were people had issues with the locking mechanism but nothing were it just unlocks but doesn't lift up....

Anyone have a similar issue and what was the fix?
