2011 Audi Q7 A/C issues.
I have a 2011 Audi Q7 3.0L diesel. My front air conditioning has begun to intermittently go out. The rear vents are not affected. It will start blowing when I turn on the car, but within a few minutes stops blowing. It will keep going on and off. I have tried different settings and temperatures, but no changes. It seems to be worse the warmer it is outside. My freon level is fine. I have changed out the cabin filter as well as the blower control unit. Any suggestions?

Check your AC fan
They tend to work intermittently before dying due to used carbon brushes. It’s easy to replace DIY and there is plenty of aftermarket options.

I ended up replacing the blower motor. Works great now. I bout one off Amazon for about $50 and it took less than an hour to replace.

Also I just replaced the cabin filter today, and now its making this deep "whining" noise when it goes into that intermediate malfunction where it only blows in the back. So weird. But yeah I believe the root problem is just like that op.
Thanks in advance!
