Default 2013 Q7 Running Boards

Hi,

I just got a 2013 Q7 Premium Plus w/ Tow Hitch. Looking to install running boards. Any recommendations? Thank you.

I have the same car, looking for the same mod. Did you get it done?

Tow hitch hardware occupies some of the mounting holes also running boards use. Some reported already that they have successfully installed sharing the same mounting points. Use the "search" function, you'll be surprised to see how many topics already out there.

No. Went to Audi service and they informed me that they cannot install running boards because I already have a towed hitch installed.. They could not give me a specific reason.

I am actually thinking to order romik running boards. They don't have a problem with tow hitch? I mean the running boards, not the bars.

Finally the Romik running boards arrived. I installed them with-in an hour. Quite easy to install actually. Following the instruction, I pull off four rubber covers and two plastic covers. Using the provided bolts to install. The trick is Romik provides eight special bolts to fit in the holes. Attache some pictures before and after.
