2014 Audi Q7 Prem Plus Armrest repair or replace
I'm putting this out there in case someone is looking to replace or repair armrest on a facelift 2014 Q7. Video format and I tried my best to make it as useful as possible. DIY requires patience and minor tech skills. Putting everything back was simple but the armrest itself almost needed two people since the spring on the back of the folding rest needs to be pushed in to get it down. Once the rest is down, then you can place the holding pin thru the molding. Pushing the holding pin down into the molding required s some gentle tapping.
Tools required
1. T15 hex
2. T20 Hex
3. Trim Mold Removal Tools
4. Small Flat head Screw Driver to remove holding pin
5. Pliers to remove pin from other side and pull out.

Man, you need to edit your post! Other than that, looks like a JBweld or epoxy would cure that and any future mishaps! Audi ended up having to replace my whole armrest assembly under warranty for that. Thanks for the video!
