Any experience out there on code entry/audi connect process. Had a devil of a time trying to complete this process. My local dealership is all but clueless. They never delivered the original code key which I had to pay for to reorder but no luck in getting the car to accept the code. Any advice would be appreciated.

Do you have a MY2017? If so, post in the Q7 MKII forum - the Audi Connect process is different for the new series.

They have to verify you as the key user before the car will accept the code. They need to enter your key user contract number which they should have from when they setup your 6 month trial period into Audi's verification system.

Ok, thanks. Apparently I will have to tell them what to do.

I would contact Audi customer service if the dealer is clueless, setting up the new Audi Connect requires the dealer to do his part besides having the code that came with the car.
