Can anyone help me with how to remove the mirror housing? I can remove the mirror itself, painted housing but have no idea how to get the mirror itself off the door.

any help would be appreciated

I have not looked at this cars setup yet but on all other cars I have removed the mirror from, you need to remove the door panel, to get access to the bolts that hold the mirror on to the door.
Just looked at my cars door. The door panel has to come off first then possibly the surrounding molding area at the mirror so you can get access to the bolts holding the mirror on.
Mine has a speaker right there. I didnt pull my door panel off I just looked at it, if you can reach up to the bolts inside the door that would be cool
