I just leased 2019 audi q7 and I'm wondering if what I am seeing is normal with this vehicle. When ever I would switch gears (especially go to reverse), you would feel a shudder. Going into 'drive' is somewhat smoother. I drove a bmw and mercedes before and on those vehicles switching gears was seamless (you would feel or hear nothing). On my new audi, you can actually feel this gear switch. Is this normal? I already took the car to get serviced and I was told that nothing is wrong with the vehicle.
