Default Adaptive compressor location

Wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. Lately my q7 started making a really awful creaking noise while turning and over bumps from rh front, then the level at the front went so I assumed that it was airbag. Had airbag changed and also bought the repair kit for compressor. This was fine for a day but now dropped again, compressor starts then stops after a minute. I'm assuming the compressor is worn so have bought a new one, but where is it located? And what else could be the problem if compressor renew doesn't work?
Thanks, john

Hidden above a plastic shield under the floor front righthand footwell. You access it from under the car.

Always remember to support the car really well when working on the air suspension - it could drop unexpectedly if you do something wrong.

Cheers edd for the help. The car was as low as it could go so no worries with it dropping. managed to change compressor with a little mishap on the black hose but all done and now working. On to the next problem lol.
