I have an issue with my high beams. I can't flash/pass and when i push the stalk forward to activate high beams they don't turn off when i return to the centered position. The high beams stay on and the indicator on the dash stays on. I can only get it to go back to normal when i turn the car off and restart it.
I scanned all modules with VCDS and no faults showed up. I checked the adaptive headlight system and everything checked out ok.

Does anyone know what the problem could be,

Sounds like a switch issue. Clearly power going through the circuit, but I suspect the switch is not disengaging when supposed to.
May have to replace the stalk.
