Audi Q7 Clucking noise
Hi Guys
new to the Forum but need help , I have a 2012 Audi Q7 4,2 TDI, 161 000km on the clock. At 150000km we started noticing a clucking noise coming from the front , Giving that we travel 20-30km of gravel road each day it seems to getting worse , We have replaced , Upper/Lower controls arm bushes, Front air socks with new shock mountings, Steering bushes ,new tyres and still the noise is there
any other place I can look at

Hard to tell, without seeing the details, can be any of the bushings on control arms / links / Stablizer bushings...
A visual inspection with wheels removed will give you a clear picture.
I had minor clunk noise on mine, turned out the front stablizer bushings were little loose enough to make clunking noise on bumpy roads., yet install the bushings myself. But short term fix for me to squirt some silicone spray on the wornout bushings. It helped a bit, but would not last long.
