Hello everyone, I have a 2010 Audi Q7 3.0TDI(4L), that only recently just started giving problems with the Bluetooth connectivity on the MMI, even if I turn on Bluetooth, the other functions and settings are all “greyed” out and hence useless at this time...no connection whatsoever to my iPhone (see pics). I’ve tried factory resetting the Bluetooth aspect of the system but no luck, also tried downloading some software update (Audi MMI 2g 5570 update) but getting a software conflict with the present software installed (pic). Really frustrating!! Any advice or if anyone can send me the appropriate software fix would be immensely appreciated!! All other aspects of the MMI are working!!

Your 2010 is a3g MMI software and not 2g. That stopped around 2009. This would be why you would have conflicting software issues. Perhaps try unplugging the Bluetooth module and bypass it to help eliminate if thats the cause of the fault or perhaps something else in the list of individual components on the MMI circuit.

Thanks for your reply 👍... my Audi is a right hand drive, any idea where the Bluetooth module you indicated would be located?? Someone said that it may be below the driver seat...
