For the roof rack I like the factory one because it has more clearance than many aftermarket ones.
For the cargo box just get any Thule box that has the cubic feet you want on Amazon
Ski rack, I would look at Thule also on Amazon
The bike rack, I have used many and my favorite is the cheapest one I bought and holds 5 bikes:
