I'm probably buying a 2010 Q7 tomorrow. I'm taking it in to the Audi service department for a mechanical checkup. Anything I should be on the lookout for or questions I should be asking?

Check condition of brake pads and rotors. Make sure all MMI and electronics works well. No error codes, etc.

Ask them for the service history if there is any, also see if the roof leak has been fixed I heard alot of Q7s had this issue. Besides the little things these vehicles are great, are you getting a V8 or V6, thinking back now I wish I got the V8 but the V6 good and reliable.

I had issue with my trunk latch/mechanism, which costed me $300 bucks.

Check if all fluids have been changed.
