A/C on/off switch

Where is the on/off switch for the air conditioner in Q7, 2008 model. Thanks

The ECON button disables compressor operations. The read light is lit when the compressor is disabled. For more info, look at "ECON mode" in the owners manual index.

My Q7 is 2008 model. There is no ECON button. The only other button I see is ESP OFF, which I have pressed severally and it’s not switching the A/C off. What should I do pls. My A/C is permanently on.

The “ECON” button!!!!!!!!!!!
its located just next to the left fan/ temp control dial button for the left side of the cars a/c.
ESP is for your brakes not a/c bud.
