Going to say it looks like the S-Line front air dam/ deflector for the front bumper. Not sure why it would be off? As far as I know, all the Prestige's have comfort access, which gives you the advanced key, which means push button start. Post a picture of the front, lets see if anythings missing.

It's an auction car with clear title. I checked the front and sure enough its missing so its off for whatever reason. I got the car for a really good price but knew going in it needs a little work. Not mechanically but some cosmetic stuff. The original window sticker says advanced key so I should be good on the push button start. Thanks for your help.
How do you like your TDI? This car has 58,000 miles. Carfax is showing it's had regular service done with Audi. Its our first diesel car so pretty clueless on some stuff and will need to learn.
