Default Can this be a cold weather issue.....

Quick question, 2008 Q7 4.2, went out a little while ago to move the Q7 over a little in the driveway to make room for my wife coming home, as an FYI it was about 6 below this morning and about 17 degrees now. Car started up with no problem, back up down the driveway, put it in gear and no throttle, tach did not move...got it go go fore ard a little but would not climb the small incline up the driveway. Let it warm up for a few minutes and throttle came back as normal but have a few fault lights plus an ESP fault, see pic. Seems like it is OK now but still have the fault indicators, could this have been a cold weather issue and will the faults go away or do I need to have them checked and reset.

thanks, Nick

Probably had a cold engine misfire somewhere the only way to know is to scan it. Even a simple odbII scanner will show why

Thanks, just took it up to Toy Barn to have it scanned, he said it showed that the systems that failed had an ambient temperature at the time of -20 Celsius, he reset everything and all should be good.
