Default Device faulty

My audi Q7 2007 mmi showing device faulty for cd2 to cd6. It won't load nor eject as well, please help me wt some tips to resolve the issue . Thanks

I had the same issue on my old 2007 and the Stealer had to replace the entire unit under warranty.
