Front seat for bigger drivers

Front seat for bigger drivers
I am very interested in a 2017 Q7 but I am concerned about the size of the front seat. I am a big guy (6'3" with a 44" waist) and the seats seems narrow to me.
Having sat in the Q7 for a while it seems like the seat edges are pushing into the sides of my legs but I just can't tell if this will be a problem for long drives or if the seat will conform.
I should say that the standard seats in the Volvo XC90 were perfect but the "contour" seats felt snug as well. The Q7 has only one seat unless you pick the luxury package added to the Prestige model for big bucks.
Thanks
Ken

I'm 6'4", 270 lbs with a 44" waist. I can't speak to the 2017, but the seat in both my 2010 and 2015 are some of the roomiest I've found - far better than the MB ML or Porsche Cayenne.

Thanks for the comments. I am curious to compare the 2015 with the 2017. From photos it looks like the 2015 was wider with a less aggressive side bolster in the seat.
I am not that big across the bottom but I have sat in the 2017 several times and the way the seat presses into the side of my legs is the one thing keeping me from ordering one.
