Fuel economy display

I was always amazed my wife's B8 allroad wouldn't display MPH, fuel average, etc. when I drove it...until I decided to read the manual once I got my Q7 a few weeks ago.
The Mode button on the wiper stalk (on the bottom) and the toggle up/down switch on the ride side of the wiper stalk allow you to access all of that info. Not the area I expected these switches to be, but I was ecstatic to learn it was all there (the past 3 years). Rookie mistake on my end, but it's not an intuitive place to put them IMO

if it isn't enabled already you can enable the economy screen and it will give you all your stats along with any options or features that may be consuming fuel and affecting mpg.
