Getting frustrated with searching for the part i decided to make the proper adjustments to the headrests that came with the vehicle.
It is quite simple and shouldn't take more than ten minutes per side. All you need is a set of needle nose pliers, a thin flat head scew driver and a hammer.

Step one:
Put headrest into the tallest setting.

Step two:
Locate plastic ring that does not have the lock in it.

Step three:
Gently price up the upper portion of the plastic ring.

Step four:
Using the same screwdriver slide out the cotter pin.

Step five:
Complete remove the headrest by lifting it up.

Step six:
Flip the headrest over so you are looking at the bottom of it. You will see where the cover comes together and clips.
Un-Clip the leather cover.

Step seven:
At this point you will see two plastic tabs. One is a semi-circle the other is a rectangle. Using the same flat head pry up the plastic tab just enough that the needle nose pliers can pull it out completely.
Do not drop the plastic tab into the headrest or it will rattle forever.

Step eight:
Locate the semi-circle retainer positioned directly around the post. Remove it the same way.

Step nine:
Do this for the second post.

Step ten:
Repeat on the next headrest.

Step eleven:
Put the headrests back together, slide the cotter pin back in place (optional) and once installed you can now tilt your headrest forward about 45 degrees.

Enjoy.
