MMI COMPLETELY DEAD
hello everyone.
I have a Q7 2013 S-Line that I bought recently,Mileage is 101,000
My wife was driving the car two weeks ago when she said suddenly the MMI screen went black
The car has no sound,no radio, nothing.Everything is blank. The only sound you hear is the one from backup when it beeps.
The following week my battery was completely dead,I jump start it and drove it for a sometime. The battery is ok now but am told I need to replace it.
I saw a video on YouTube that suggest it could be the amplifier.
I did the fiber optic loop back on the amplifier but the screen did not come on.
I spoke to a technician online and he suggest it is the Cd/Navigation player.
1. Can somebody tell me what could be the problem
2. Where is the Bluetooth/Telephone receiver device located,I know it under the seat but not sure which one..
Thanks

MMI Completely Dead
So I went to the dealership, they did the diagnosis and it read
Digital sound system control module error.
they did not give me the part number so I have no way to know what it is.
What part is it and where can I locate it in the car
