Hi, I've had done issues with my suspension which led to a new compressor being fitted.

After this the garage somehow managed to perform a full MMI reset. This resulted in the disabling of the green secret menu and the air suspension option. I also gained some other items e.g. Tyre leak detection (which I don't have)

Have now managed to recover the green menu using VAGcom and re-enable the suspension.

I now have the problem that the suspension has not learnt. When we try to perform the learning process then the pass code 31564 is always refused. When we look at channels 1-4 for the calibration then they are all zero.

All suspension settings are available on the dashboard but the car is sitting on the deck and raises about 1cm at which point the upper lit exceeded fault gets set. I'm presuming this would be expected with zero values in the calibration.

Is it possible that the garage had accidentally reset the 31564 pass code? Is there a default?
