New owner, need audi connect help
Glad to be a member of such a great forum which helped me with my final decision on which Q7 to buy. So I finally picked up a 2013 S Line Q7 and what a car it is. Has every option I need, but can't get the audi connect to work. Im missing the SIM card which was originally with T- Mobile. I got my hands on a AT&T SIM card from a 2016 Audi, but it wont connect. Is it because its a different year? If so, where can I get a T-Mobile SIM card or a card that will work? Any help would be greatly appreciated

did you purchase from an audi dealer? if so they have sim cards in the sales department or you can contact audi connect directly and they will send you one.
