Re: colour - why Lava Grey
it is too "06" everyone is getting it (not literally of course), in all makes and models of car. You have had time to see how many are going for that option.
I test drove an A8 before ordering my Q7 in jan and it was Lava Grey. I was sold completely on it at the time until I saw how many Lava Grey cars are on the road. It seems to be a favorite with builders too. It must hide the dust.
I dont mean to be discourtious to you and I wish you well with your car. Like many Q7 owners I know you will love it when it comes. It is just that you took so long to make your mind up and then you went for the most common color. I was sure you were looking for something a bit different.
Even though I changed from Cobalt for my next one to mugello, I swear to you it is miles classier than Lava. The dealer has a lava demo and when the two are side by side lava looks plain cheap and older. No one even notices it in the lot. Everyone goes over and starts climbing into my car every time I call in. This Mugello better be good or I will be on my third Q7.
Enjoy your car, pity you have to wait so long now that you made your mind up.
