P2006/P2007
2011 Q7 3.0T
Hi. I'm at my wits end. Last night, I replaced a failing thermostat and just for good measure the water pump. Followed instructions for removing the supercharger supplied by ECS and the job was going great. Reassembled the vehicle, bled the cooling system and took it for a drive. Within a few minutes, I received a MIL. The code read P2006 and P2007 indicating the Intake Runner Flap is Closed and not functioning properly. I'm assuming there is a vacuum leak somewhere. During the job, i was quite careful with vacuum lines, but I guess anything is possible. Now that it's all reassembled, I'm checking the visible vacuum lines and cannot find anything that is not connected properly or broken. Not sure if I need to remove the supercharger and check the plastic lines...
Does anyone have good recommendations of which lines/connections run to the valve that I should be checking? Is there a vacuum test tool that could tell me which line is broken?

Fixed it. Found that I had switched up two of the vacuum lines at the rear of the supercharger. Discovered this as I compared the connections to a photograph I had taken before removal. All is good now!
