update: Took to the dealer. The dealer said it should be replaced with a new frame. They want $2,700. Yikes

2012. For that amount of money, I will try the TSB first.

What was the in-service date on the vehicle? How many miles does it have?

9/2011 is the date. I have 90K miles.

I decided to get a second opinion after the first dealer I took the car to told me that I need a new sunroof frame that would cost about $2,7000. The 2nd dealer that I called told me to bring the car so they can check it out. Long story short, the found out that my sunroof was not properly seated in the frame. $140 later, they were able to adjust the sunroof section into its proper position.
That rattle is now gone!
