Q7 and 3 car seats, what are you guys doing?

Question - for the middle child seat, how do you have this anchored? With the seat belt?
I like the idea of having a rear facing seat in the middle. We have 2 seats in ours, the rear facing is on the passenger side, it is a Britax infant carrier that clicks onto a base. The front seat can only go back so far before they make contact.
We have 3 kids now, so the oldest one will either sit in the 3rd row or in the middle - he will crawl in before we put the baby in.
This car is tight with 3 kids, no way around that other than getting a minivan - which unfortunately may be our next type of car after this.
