Default Tire warranty

Anyone here try to claim tire warranty on their tires?

We need new tires to replace our all seasons. Reading up on tire warranty, and they have pretty strict rotation schedules. Every 6-8000 km.

We also have winter tires we put on, so not sure how they want rotations to happen around that.

Looking at Toyo Versado or Pirelli Scorpions.

Not sure where you are located... but I only use Discount Tire for my tires. Every 2nd oil change I take them in to be rotated and balanced (free) and everytime I go to get new tires, they look at my existing and see if there is anything that can be done via warranty. Doesn't answer your question, but it a chain and they've got great prices and have always done my cars right. been using them for 12+ years now.

I just recently had 3 of my 4 tires changed on my '11 S4. 2 of the tires had bubbles on the side wall and 1 tire had a nail. It did took a while as the warranty company had to send out an adjuster to the dealership to assess the tires but once approved, the dealer had the tires changed immediately. I did have to pay for the weights + tax, which was $20.51. Not bad having 3 255/35/19 pirelli p zero's replaced without any issues.

The dealership was comfortable replacing only 3 tires on a Quattro equipped vehicle? I can understand if you have 1 tire that needs to be replaced that it's not reasonable to replace all 4, but on a Quattro it seems strange that they'd be OK stopping short of replacing all 4, when 3 of them are toast. Maybe the rolling diameters of the 3 new vs. the 1 were still within whatever spec they have.
