Not getting back-up cam on display screen when in R. Engaging the button next to the screen does not work either, but the orange light appears. This all started only a few days ago. Never an issue in the past.

Also, bluetooth is not connecting. Have reset my phone multiple times with no luck. Any chance bluetooth and back-up camera issues are related?

Had the same problem. Took it back to the dealer and they replace the control module under warranty. All better now. Bring it back to the dealer if it under warranty. Mine was MY 2012

All fixed. Dealer had to "reconfig software" which solved all issues. Had to pay $85 deductible since it's now under CPO warranty (factory expired 2 months ago). Service rep said it would have burned over $250 in my pocket, so I'm not too annoyed by the deductible.

Good thing is I think there are more options and settings in the MMI now than before. A few things look different, but in a good way.
