The only thing I would be worried about is the suspension travel. On a large bump it might hit the tire. Also the AWD might be affected do to the rotation differences with the front and back tires being different sizes. I would not do it.

I would be very concerned about the quatro system
You can not safely run two different sizes (rolling diameter) on the same axle, so I would really think that it could adversely affect the whole system to have different sizes front and rear. It would be worth your time to ask a certified audi GURU nt just rely on forum answers.
