Default Suggestions needed. 2017 vs 2015 new vs 2014 CPO

Hi all, Senior audi members...

I am in the market for 3rd row suv. after a lot of brain storming finally narrowed to Audi Q7. Now again looks like struck ed.

Need your suggestion on which will be a good deal

I got a quote for 2015 Q7 Premium Plus white with Cold weather plus package Original MSRP $58k to $51.7k + Taxes.
2014 Q7 Premium Plus CPO with CWP of 17k miles for $45 on-road with taxes including audi care.
or wait for 2017 to pay around $55 + taxes?

Thanks in advance

Personally I'm waiting for the 2017, the current version is so outdated from a design and technology perspective. It all depends on how long you tend to keep your vehicles.

If you can wait...then do it. If you can't wait, then I would suggest purchasing the CPO 2014 model. With only 17k miles, you still have the balance of the factory warranty, plus an additional 2 years/50k mile CPO warranty that kicks in after the factory expires...only paying a small deductible if service is needed.

Thank you Buckwheat.
What are your thoughts on buying 2014 CPO blue Q7 with P+ and CWP + audicare for $44 -45k.

Is this high or can it go lower than that?

I am in the same boat as you at Audi of Chantilly. I am leaning towards the 2017 model. By your analysis, I think its worth the ~$4K cost to get the latest in a couple months with the latest bells and whistles assuming you like the look.

Does not include Audi Care or Select for the 2015 model? It should. You have a lot of leverage on these negotiations. Get another dealer involved if needed if that is the car you want.

with Audicare is a good deal. How long is the Audicare good for? I think the base option is service up to 45k miles. I think you can go more though.

I would definitely shop the other Audi dealers in NoVA and see who gets you the best price.

I am curious about what is "outdated" compared to a 2017

He did mention the design and technology are what is "outdated" and I would tend to agree since the 2017 model is a new redesign and the technology in the car is drastically different. Hello virtual cockpit.
