Default Tinting windows - question about adding tint on factory tinted glass

Hey guys, I am planning on getting the windows tinted and would like to know who here has done it and what to expect when adding tint to already factory tinted windows ?

What % did you go with ? and post pictures if you have them.

Cheers,

I got my Q7 from Las Vegas, NV... previous owner put limo (or one step lighter than limo) tint on all windows. Front windshield was lightly tinted as well... I will wait for a windshield replacement to get rid of it. The front driver/passenger side windows were too dark (and illegal in California), so I had them removed and put a lighter 50% tint on the fronts, as well put tint on the the panoramic moonroof to keep the heat out. I've got a white Q7 and you can't see into the car but I can see out- good thing the car has a rear video camera bc I wouldn't be able to see out of the rear window at night.

20% matches the rear windows perfectly...

tintint the sunroof requires special tint to avoid cracking or shattering the glass... dealer will not warranty so if you do it wrong be prepared to pay to replace it.
