Default Tires for my 2015 Q7?

The tires are worn out and i was wondering what is the best set of four tires to put on my car. I don't care much about the noise and I am more interested in the mileage longevity of the tires

Default good news bad news

Q7's eat tires for breakfast but that way you get to try new tires out...often! I have replaced my tires 3 times and need to do it again. I have had Pirelli's, Yokahama's, and Continentals. I am currently running Continental DWS UHP all seasons and they have been VERY GOOD in all conditions, but did wear out faster than the others.
I prefer UHP all seasons as I can drive the car pretty well but the tires allow easier transition to the things I cannot control, IOW the weather. If I am on a road trip and it starts to rain or snow I want to know that my tires are up to the task.
My Q7 is a 2012 prestige s line with 20's on it btw.

Just put Pirelli Scorpion Verde V rated 19" on my 2014. Major improvement from the Bridgestones. Highly recommended and i am seeing better fuel economy as well (think I'm actually up to 10 miles a gallon now

I have the same year as your Q7. Check out this thread, it is covered here extensively -- https://www.audiworld.com/forums/q7-...n-buy-2902905/

Thanks for all the feedback everyone. What a helpful bunch!
Tires are Cinturato P7 All Season. Regardless of what I think the remaining tread left is, they slip in rain so it doesn't give me confidence for the upcoming snow. Plus they have 40k miles on them, so better safe than sorry. I live in Seattle, so snow is only bad for around 2 weeks a year, so I don't want to bother with dedicated snow tires, especially as everything shuts down anyway.

I've bought all previous tires at Costco. Only options there are Michelin Primacy Tour A/S and Bridgestone Turanza Quiettrack. From the reviews I've read (and because I care about wet/snow performance), I think I'm going to get some Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 from Les Schwab. They're $1184 for the set (255/40R19). I little more than I'm used to paying, but it's only every ~4 years.

The best part is, it depends!
What size wheels do you want?
What is your driving conditions? Snow, rain, mix, or sun?
I went from 21s with Pirelli summer(California)20,000 miles, to all seasons(NC) 52,000 miles, maybe a few more possible, to Michigan this winter and A/Ts in a 20 inch! I love the A/Ts so far.
Keep in mind, higher performance, lower mileage! Figuring my A/Ts will pull around 60,000 miles, from what I am hearing.
What is your fancy? Go for that! I Hope this helps!

I drove in the rain in my A6 3.0T with new ExtremeContact DWS06 and can confirm I no longer lose traction, even if I floor it in the rain. I guess even when tires still have some tread left, they're still worth replacing when they get to 38k miles.

I'm quite happy with my Michelins.
