Trying to find the cover on bumper

I circled the piece I'm looking for
Hello All,

Years ago a tow truck driver broke this piece off and lost it. I didn't notice this for awhile (this is my bosses car) and I'm trying to find it for him. I don't know what to search for..I tried bumper insert and bumper part searches but to no avail. anyone have an idea?
