I connect my mobile phone via bluetooth, Connects successfully, can make calls receive etc.... When I press the talk button on the steering wheel, and try to call someone Stating "Call "Name" " it does not recognize the command. However if I press call and say Radio, it will switch to radio and commands work from there for the Radio. Anyone have any ideas why just the phone does not work. And yes in Module Telephone(77) it is set to active. Thanks

What exactly happens? Does it recognize it as something else? Are you speaking the full name as stored in your contacts? "Call John Smith". "Call John" won't work, unless the contact is stored as only John w/o a last name.

and I usually just say Call "name". Sometimes "You have already enter code", Sometimes I will say Call "NAME" and nothing happens then "Cancel" eventually is communicated back to me. I thought there was somewhere I had to set up where it recognized my voice, I guess not on this Audi

You can do a voice training. It's found under the main settings. Upper right corner function button on the main menu screen.

ok, so last night, I said "Dial" instead of "Call" and it worked for like two contacts. Then after that when I said dial name, it would dial random numbers in my contact list. Hmm

The Dial command is for dialing numbers, not contacts
