Stumbled upon this Audi Exclusive beauty on Cars.com

In my opinion, Shiraz Red (from A3, A5) fits the Q7 perfectly. Never loved red on vehicles, but this darker metallic is great. Would look good with beige, black, or grey interior.

That has to be a custom paint job.... I have never seen this color before. At least not here in the States. I don't think this is offered by Audi USA.

Audi Exclusive paint jobs are available at an additional $2500. (Back in 2005, it was $1500 extra.) Seems like this dealership paid extra. I've seen a solar orange Q7 in person when I was up in Vancouver, BC a few years ago.

JPerry, I know you are "in the know", can you give us a quick run-down on Audi Exclusive as it is today? I did not know they increased the paint charge...also, I heard that moving forward Audi Exclusive paint will only be available on A8, S8, R8, and RS models. Is this true, or can we still get AE paint on any model? Also, is it still the case that AE interiors are limited to A/S8 and R8? Any info for 2014 would be interesting.

Audi revamped their custom paint program when they changed it from 2500 to 3900. The regular models were excluded at first, but they've since opended it up to the rest of the cars.

It's the Audi Exclusive interiors that are more limited to the higher end S and RS models.
