Audi Q7 Spacers & Lowering needed!?

Here are a few pics of my 2011 Audi Q7 3.0 TDI. I lpve the colour of the car however, i feel the wheels need to be spaced out and possibly needs lowering, not too sure on how it works when you have the adaptive air suspension. So anyone have any clue on what and where to order spacers or lowering links etc? Thanks!
Also, I've been getting this weird creaking/rubbing noise from the sunroof when i go over bumps, not too sure why... My first post on here.

Hi these are the common spacers used which give 18/23mm f/r spacing per wheel.

Lowering is done via VCDS by putting the suspension in calibration mode, then fooling the car by putting in higher ride height numbers so it sits lower.

Thats mine, would have liked a few mm wider on rear but then you need to look at stud conversions and i'm thinking of going a little lower but it is a bit firmer and bouncier since lowered.

The sunroof seems to flex, mine has started doing it a little now its warmed up so i think the seals need some lubrication to stop the noise.

Thanks a lot mate! Looks awesome! Gonna order a few bits and get it done ready for summer! Just felt that the wheels desperately needed spacing. Hopefully barrier widthrestrictions will be kind to me as in London, there are way too many!
