Deleting Previous Known Bluetooth Devices

I have tried deleting all Bluetooth devices but these are still listed. When I add my phone it wanted me to update contacts on one of the other phones. |
I went though this too, it seems to keep the phone book, I just reset the entire system and that worked.

Its under the settings in the MMI. I can't remember to be honest next time I am in the Q ill take a pic.
