Q7 21 inch Tires

I'm looking to purchase new tires for the 21" Audi OEM sport 5 spoke wheels
Any feedback good or bad is welcome on different tire brands and or sizes people have used
Recommended size is 295 35 21

Thanks

Sorry, no feedback here. But there aren't a whole lot to choose from (3-4). Perhaps check the TireRack for the tire's feedback.

General consensus on the boards seems to be that the OE Dunlops are the best bet for the 21" setup.

OE Dunlops are NOISY and TERRIBLE on snow.

Uh oh...just bought a used S-Line with these wheels and will need some winter tires...sounds like options are limited. Winter rim/tire set needed!

anyone have any experience with the Pirelli P Zero N1 for the 21" 295/35 R21 summer tires? time to replace my 21" Michelin Latitude sport- love these tires but they are no longer available :(

thanks for any input!

Well they are summer performance tires after all. You simply cannot expect snow traction from them. They have a tread pattern and rubber compound that is simply not designed for it. I agree that there should be a better option in 21" tires, but for some reason there is not. I imagine the Michelin might be better but it's really hard to justify the extra cost when they don't last very long on the Q7. That's why I'm going down to 20" when my OE Dunlops are done.

Finally changed out the OE Dunlops...wow did they get noisy as they started to wear! Was convinced to pick up the Conti CrossContacts by the dealer based on their experience. So far I love them. Quiet, comfortable and great performance. Best of all, they cost less and actually are more confidence-inspiring in the cold and wet than the Dunlops which makes those spring and fall months less of a nail biter. Very happy so far.

21" tire choices severely limited…thats why I went w/ 20" instead…just FYI...
