Q7 Offroad Edition
 

How rare is this package in North America? I'm not talking about the 2014/2015 offroad package. I'm talking about the real one, with the allroad style body cladding. I see them pop up every once in a while on Craigslist and autotrader, How did someone purchase the offroad edition. Special order? I'd like to know more info about it. For 2017 the offroad package was added as an option to the Q5 and I think it looks amazing. I wish it was more popular on the Q7

There are a few of them around me here in San Diego. One is a TDI as well.

Obvious indicators are the indents down the lower body sides and the stainless F&R valance covers.

Yeah. There are a few around from time to time, But very very rare. Especially early Q7 models (2007-2009) I think the offroad package looks great though. I wish they made more of them. There was a grey one for sale in Pennsylvania not too long ago, with the plastic body cladding and all.
