RSQ7 Grill - How difficult are they to install?
 

I'm looking to update the grill of my 09 Q7 and I am wondering how difficult it is to pull those out and replace them. I thought I saw a post on here about replacing the grill, though I can't track it down. Any input or direction would be greatly appreciated!
