Take an X5 for example, you can buy a 2014 X5 today with 60,000 for $24,000- 28,000 depending on options. Those cars new were $65-85k Same for Q7, a 70k msrp 2014 Q7 is selling for like $ mid 20's |

Price is heavily region dependant. I live in a "oil & truck town". Trucks hold their value, Audis and BMWs do not.

I dont see the entire article as garbage, but giving a decent idea of the spread between certain vehicles. It's also no surprise Porsche is on top for lux vehicles...that data has withstood the test of time.
