Thoughts as to whether or not these wheels will fit? They are from a B8 S4 and I'm going to run them with 235-65 winter tires. Worse case is that I get 10-12 mm spacers but I'd prefer not to do this.

Will most likely need spacers for the spokes to clear the brake calipers, and that's assuming the inner diameter of the wheel will also clear based on the wheel design.

The offsets of the 4M's oem wheels range from +33 to +28

Thanks. Yes, I had seen your previous post regarding the wheel specs. I won't have an opportunity to test fit these so I'll have to pass.
